Our fees

Attorney's fees are freely negotiable, there is no legal requirement as to the amount. Attorney fees depend on the value of the transaction or, in the case of litigation, the subject matter of the litigation, the extent of the attorney's responsibility, the amount of work involved, the complexity of the case, and the number of negotiations. A specific quote can be provided after discussing the case. The attorney's fees are payable in advance, but payment in installments may be negotiated depending on the specific circumstances of the client and the case.
